KS Hydropower (U) Limited provides water resources assessment and groundwater investigation services through its Water Division. Our team works with clients to assess available water resources and investigate groundwater conditions before decisions are made on the development of water supply projects.
We assess water resources to help establish the available options for a proposed water supply project. Assessments can form part of the early planning process, providing information needed to guide decisions on the development of water resources.
Our groundwater investigation services focus on understanding groundwater conditions and identifying suitable options for groundwater development. These investigations can support projects involving borehole development and other water supply systems.
The Water Division is managed by a team with academic and field experience in chemistry, geology, water and sanitation. Our specialists have handled water and sanitation projects in different parts of Uganda.
We provide technical advice to help clients consider available options before making decisions on their water projects. Following assessment and review of project requirements, we can advise on suitable approaches and provide a cost estimate for the required work.
Our water services are carried out in accordance with the guidelines of relevant ministries and governing bodies, with care taken to limit disturbance to crops, vegetation, waterways, streams and lakes during field activities.
